Are you planning to attend APA's 28th Annual Congress here in Washington, DC? The WMAC-APA and other local chapters are planning a Friday night event -- an evening boat tour of the Washington monuments, complete with dinner and drinks for $55 a person. The boat leaves the Gaylord Hotel at 7:00 PM and returns at 10:00 PM.
